These terms govern your use of Nemira. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic or business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.
Nemira is software used by independent healthcare clinics to manage bookings, communications, charting, financing options, and billing. Nemira is not a healthcare provider. Care is delivered by the clinic, not by Nemira.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@nemira.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use Nemira to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attempt to access another tenant's data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to harm or harass anyone.
Clinics may connect third-party services to Nemira, including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Twilio, and Resend. The clinic remains responsible for its account at each third-party service and for the data it authorizes Nemira to access. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy notice. Nemira's role with respect to QuickBooks Online data is limited to performing the sync the clinic has authorized; the clinic remains the data controller. The clinic may disconnect at any time from Settings, QuickBooks, Disconnect, and also from inside QuickBooks Online under Apps, Manage my apps. On disconnection, Nemira revokes the refresh token with Intuit and deletes stored credentials within seven days.
Where Nemira handles protected health information on behalf of a covered entity, the parties will enter a Business Associate Agreement. Without a signed BAA in place, do not upload protected health information into Nemira.
Financing offers shown in the platform today are estimates and do not represent loan approvals. Actual rates, terms, and approvals are subject to lender review and applicable law.
Clinic subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to other users. On termination, we delete tenant data consistent with the schedule in our Privacy notice, subject to legal holds.
Nemira is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
